We are proud to present issue #19, in a long line of high quality tickling torture fetish comic books set in a modern world. We first published The Ruthless #1 back in 2007, and the series has garnered a lot of interests from those inside the tickling community for its grittiness and coverage of tickle torture topics. The series takes place in modern day America, and follows Stacia Walton, who has gained international infamy for her alter ego named “The Ruthless.”
Through a process no one has been able to explain or study, Stacia experienced billions of years of evolution in an instant. She has achieved cosmic, godlike abilities to manipulate space, time, and matter. While she first allowed these abilities to feed her insecurities and ticklish fetish with other women, she later used them to better study the origins and workings of the universe. She now exists in multiple dimensions and times of near unlimited copies of herself as they explore and test the boundaries of organic life’s knowledge of the universe.
Issue Synopsis
The US government believes neutralizing Ariel, known as the Boot of the Goddess, is the best way to deal with the threat posed by the Red Fang Union. Ariel, however, does not take attempts on her life lightly and strikes back with cruel force. What will happen after a failed assassination attempt?

OH WOW! This is a great issue! I like that Ariel admires Grail’s bravery and courage. And even she’s threatening her at the start, she want Grail to join her in reality. Seems like Ariel tries to make a safe place for all women. Allies and enemies alike. That’s very interesting.
