Alicia, like many of her counterparts in the Corps secret experiments, was taken from her family at a young age. Not strong enough to survive on her own, Alicia paired herself strongly with Jessica, another powerful and troubled youth. Alicia learned how to manipulate people at a young age, and convinced Jessica that she was a friend. Alicia convinced Jessica to murder most of the other youths and the scientists managing the Corporate experiments. On the run, the two fled to the Frontiers, where they quickly consolidated power amongst marauding gang leaders. Alicia would undermine, gaslight, and otherwise manipulate Jessica, AKA Madame1 16, into performing her sadistic will against enemies and occasionally friends.
