Personal History

Scarlet has taken upon herself to redistribute the wealth in the Eastern Plains of the Aedylon Empire. Most of the distribution occurs with herself and her band of Giggly Men, but redistribution nonetheless. Scarlet is a skilled swordswoman, tormenting merchants and tradesman on the highways leading to Meadowbrooke. Most just grumble and accept her toll. Others who do not find themselves in quite a pickle.
