Tracy’s new attire is scattered, random, usually colorful, and reflects her broken mind. Tracy retained some of the Stacia’s cape, the same nanotechnology that comprises all of Stacia’s suit. Tracy can bend this lump to her will. She rarely uses it as a suit, instead, opting for more elaborate constructions with it.
Tracy was a soft spoken banker by day, and became a reality TV star after her abduction by The Ruthless. She had attempted to leverage her fame with some modicum of talent behind a microphone, but Ariel squashed those dreams, leading to a rather public feud between the two of them. As punishment for wanting to interview Rylie about her experiences with The Ruthless, Tracy was taken again and sent through a series of trials designed to test her body and mind. Unfortunately, both broke under the pressure, and Tracy went insane. During this mental break, Tracy started to see all of reality through a completely alien lens, which allowed her to harness some of Stacia’s abilities. Her power footprint is roughly the same as Amelia, who is Stacia’s lead priestess. Tracy seemingly has no allegiances, since her mortal mind is in complete tatters. She wanders around and creates havoc whenever the mood fits her.
