Bheshma is Princess Adeliy’s grandfather’s younger brother. Third in line for the thrown of the northern kingdoms that comprise the Whitelands, Bheshma was never destined for the throne. Fueled by jealousy of his older siblings’ claim to the throne, Bheshma took an arcane path to power, and found success. Bheshama found even more success with the darker paths of sorcery. He eventually allied himselves with a sect of humans calling themselves the Kardeshi. Such an alliance had two fold benefits: one, it would push back the threat the elves to the west made on his claim to the Whitelands, and two, would increase his influence through arms in the Whitelands itself.
Getting on in years, Bheshma attempted a rejevenation spell. It worked, perhaps too effective. Instead of taking 30 years off his life, it took closer to 60 years. Consequently, Bheshma appears as a small child and can do little about it until he goes through puberty. A second time.
