This issue begins right at the end of Issue 4, with Jay walking in on Walter and Maddy kissing. Maddy quickly excuses herself, leaving the girls to sort out the chaos of their recent tickle war.

Kelly and Natalie look for a way to get Kelly out of the fuzzy handcuffs that seem to always find her, and a tickle fight ensues and is fought to a giggling draw.

Maddy drives off in Kelly’s car with Ashley, warring with her feelings about kissing Natalie’s crush. When she hits a branch, they devise a plot to fix the damage before Kelly finds out.

All the girls wind up back in the garage, where Kelly is fuming to see her car damaged. Before anybody knows it, a brutal tickle interrogation begins. Will Maddy be able to hold onto her secrets? Will that stop anybody?
