This issue begins only moments after the end of issue 3, where Maddie and Ashley were tickled by a masked stranger. Natalie rescues her sister, Maddy, only to be accused of being the masked tickler. A tickle fight ensues. At first, Natalie has the advantage, but soon afterwards, Maddie gets Natalie face down, soles up.

As Maddie is finally, exhaustively convinced of her sister’s innocence, she turns her sights on Walter. In the meantime, Ashley finds Kelly, who was captured by the mysterious tickler at the end of issue 3, helpless and tied up. Ashley takes advantage of Kelly, but soon the tables turn, and the whole gang reunites in the bedroom. Who will be the subject of their ticklish hunger? Who will finally bag the relentless T-man as their man?
