Maddie and Ashley are captured by a stranger in Walter’s house.

The issue starts at Walter’s lake cabin after a sweltering heat wave. The ladies are changing into swimwear, and Walter gets a wicked idea, conspiring with Jay against the girls. At the same time, Maddie threatens to expose secrets from Natalie’s diary. Natalie starts wrestling Maddie, making Kelly tickle her for exposing her secrets. Then…the power goes out.

The girls find themselves splitting up to go find the fuse box. One by one, a mysterious stranger ties them up and stows them away. Finding Ashley all tied up, the girls decide to get some revenge for their last tickling at her hands. Meanwhile, Natalie goes to find her sister.

Maddie on the other hand is being worked over by a mysterious stranger. Will her sister find and rescue Maddie? Will Kelly be allowed her revenge unanswered?
